Refund Policy

If you wish to return or exchange your order, please contact us at info@yoyoyoyoyoy.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met. (1) The product must be unused (2) Accessories and packing materials must be returned in the same condition as when delivered (3) Any other conditions as specified by us.

In the event of initial defects in the goods, please contact us at info@yoyoyoyoyoy.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will exchange the product for a good one at our expense.

If we are unable to provide the replacement item, we will return the item to you and refund the product price.
*Please note that we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges in any case if you contact us after 14 days of receiving the goods.
