Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange your order, please contact us at info@yoyoyoyoyoy.com within 14 days of receipt. We will only accept returns or exchanges if the product has not been used and the complete set, including packaging and accessories, is in the same condition as when delivered.
In the case of initial defects, please contact us at info@yoyoyoyoyoy.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will exchange the product for a new one at our cost.
If we are unable to provide the replacement item, we will return the item and refund you the product price.
